Humidity & temperature transmitter

The HygroFlex relative humidity (rh) and temperature measurement transmitter Model HF5 provides accurate and robust measurements for industrial applications.

The instrument can be wall-mounted, and provides analogue and digital outputs for a variety of humidity scales.

Probes may be mounted either directly on the instrument, for ambient condition monitoring, or via up to 100m of cable, for insertion into process environments that include high temperature or high pressure applications.

Any of the HC2 range of probes may be used, making the HF5 a flexible and user friendly device.

The HC2 range of humidity (H₂O) and temperature measurement probes are a completely new type of probe, thanks to AirChip3000.

Rotronic have taken water vapour measurement to the next step, offering a system accuracy of ±0.8 %rh and ±0.1 K.

The AirChip3000 combines an ASIC, microcontroller and EPROM on one chip mounted within the probe, allowing total interchangeability of probes within a few seconds.

The HF5 provides humidity outputs in a choice of humidity scales:
