Humidity measurement in aggressive and toxic gases

Gases such as chlorine or ammonia, have presented a challenge for moisture measurement for sometime. Generally, these gases become more aggressive when wet, and can damage sensors that are not designed to cope with aggressive atmospheres. The systems from CMC use a phosphorus pentoxide (P₂O₅) sensor that is resilient to corrosion.
