Export and Import Gas Quality Measurement
An important fiscal measurement.
Gas quality at custody transfer points is an important measurement. Accurate and rapid measurements are required when shipping large amounts of gas at high flow rates. Gas containing constituents and contaminants outside of agreed limits may be refused or re-negotiated for a lower price or lower flow rate.
It is important, therefore, that gas quality measurements at export and import points have a high degree of confidence.
