Oil in Water Measurement
Water pollution - offshore, onshore and marine applications.
Legislation requires monitoring of discharged produced water to rivers and seas. Historically this measurement has been a problem area. Now, with ultrasonic cleaning, and spectroscopic measurements, high accuracy and low maintenance systems are available for either hazardous area or safe area use. Applications include:
- offshore produced water for either discharge or re-injection
- refinery process water
- leak detection in cooling water and
- ship bilge monitoring and cooling water for power plant
